Q: What’s your texture like?

A: Our volumes have a slightly more aggressive texture than some other brands. Our texture is proprietary and has evolved from over fifteen years of hard-core use and experimenting. Our volumes are textured to allow climbers to use the volumes for actual climbing and not just decorate with holds. We have also noticed that the increase in the use of liquid chalk has made volumes incredibly hard to climb on so this slightly more aggressive texture helps. 


Q: Are your volumes screw-on or bolt-on?

A: Most of our volumes are screw-on.  However, some of our wooden holds are bolt-on. 

 

Q: Are your T-nuts imperial or metric?

A: We use imperial but can provide both options if requested.

 

Q: What are the colors you offer?

A: We offer grey, black, white, green, yellow, blue, white and red. With more on the way soon!

 

Q: Do you offer custom colors?

A: Custom colors and color matching are available for a fee of $150 per 300sqf. Coverage is dependent on the size of the volumes. For this option please send us an email after your order and we will send you an invoice for this additional cost.

 

Q: How do you ship the volumes?

A: We find you the most affordable transport with our broker and add it to your quote. You can also provide a transport company of your choice. 

 

Q: What do you use to reinforce the screw holes?

A: We use escape’s volume screw inserts on all screw placement points.

 

Q: Do you include fastening hardware with your products?

A: We don't supply fasteners, please look for structural screw fasteners at your local hardware store.

 

Ordering/Wholesale

Q: Do you offer wholesale rates for bulk/gym orders?

A: Solution understands the importance of serving climbing facilities in order to promote our sport! Please Email us here for a copy of our current wholesale ordering form and we will get you set up.

 

Shipping

Q: Why does my International package need payment before delivery?

A: All International packages will be subject to duties, fees, and or taxes. These are not included in the cost of the shipping label since every country is different and the laws on this change frequently. If you need more information on this please contact your local post office or UPS store.

 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Stock hardware, training tools, holds or other stock items will ship in 3-5 days via Canada Post or UPS. Non-stock items have a 4-6 week lead time.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your Warranty Policy?

A: If you purchase a Company product that you believe is defective, please contact our customer service department here and make arrangements to return the product to us with your receipt and proof of purchase showing the purchase date. The Company will inspect, and if a warranty issue is found, will repair, give credit or replace the product at our sole discretion. Customers will receive a credit via a discount code for any products covered under our warranty. This credit can be used to replace the product or shop for a different product on our website. If Company determines that there is no warranty issue with the returned product, the product will be returned to you with a note of explanation.

Q: There is something wrong with my order. How do I make an exchange?
