Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Canadian delivery takes between 1-2 weeks depending on your location. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. International orders may take 6-8 weeks. 


TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order. 


DAMAGE OR LOSS

The Seller cannot be in any case held responsible for potential damages and/or the loss of material during transportation.

The goods are to be delivered to the address specified in the « Shipping » section of the checkout process. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the correctness of the address.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that he is capable of receiving the shipment.


DELIVERY PROBLEMS DUE TO THE TRANSPORTER

It is required that the Customer takes pictures showing clearly said anomalies. The Customer is invited to send the pictures accompanied by an explanation of the problems by email, to solutionclimbingvolumes@gmail.com.

The Seller will then take steps in an attempt to fix the possible problems caused by the transporter and contact the Customer to reach an agreement in order to solve the situation.


DELIVERY PROBLEMS AND ERRORS

The customer will have to formulate a request to the Seller the day of the purchase if he requests to modify the delivery address of his order. The seller reserves the right to refuse the modification or to charge a fee in order to modify the delivery address.
