Returns & Exchanges

To start a return, you can contact us at Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware that ALL clearance items are final sale (No returns or exchanges on clearance items).



At Solution Climbing, we take great care to provide you with the best quality products.

We are always searching for improvements, both in our designs but also in our production process, to always deliver the best quality on the market.

However if any of our products should show defective, we offer to replace it at our expense.

Please note that for this guarantee to apply the product must meet the following requirements:

  • The product must not have been modified by the buyer.
  • Proper cleaning methods have been employed.
  • The product shows no sign of damage due to fixation, handling, or use by the consumer and has been used properly following the manufacturer's guidelines on fixation and handling of wooden volumes.

Our guarantee also does not apply to the following products or part of the products:

  • The "Dual textured" part of products might not always be as shiny and/or "slippery" as it appears on product pictures and/or other copies of the same product.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
