Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)
At Solution Climbing, we take great care in designing and manufacturing high-quality climbing products. We continuously improve our designs and production processes to deliver reliable equipment for indoor climbing facilities.
Solution Climbing, a business operated by Super Custom Climbing Inc., warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at our expense, at our discretion.
Warranty Conditions
For the warranty to apply, all of the following must be met:

The product has not been modified in any way

The product has been installed by qualified personnel

All fixation points have been used with appropriate structural hardware

The product has been used indoors and in accordance with our Technical Information & Safety guidelines

Proper inspection, cleaning, and maintenance practices have been followed

The product shows no damage caused by impact, fixation, handling, or misuse
Any modification, including re-texturing, drilling, sanding, repainting, or alteration, voids the warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Impact damage or damage caused by improper storage

Improper installation or use of incorrect hardware

Damage resulting from lack of inspection or maintenance

Cosmetic variations or surface appearance differences
Please note:
The dual-textured surface of some products may vary in appearance (shine or friction) compared to product photos or other units. This is a normal characteristic of the manufacturing process and does not constitute a defect.
Damages & Issues on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective

The item is damaged during shipping
-
You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to:

Request a return for the original item

Place a new order once the return is approved
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Payment processing fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

Store credit or exchanges are offered for the full order value and are fee-free
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post refunds.
