The S-Ergo was designed to be light, simple, and effective. Weighing just 127 g (0.28 lb), it’s easy to carry but still delivers a solid warm-up.

It features a beautifully ergonomic 20 mm edge that works comfortably for both right and left hands. Thanks to its smoothly rounded outer shape, it also doubles as a surprisingly good jug.

The 20" long, 6 mm static cord makes setup effortless. Loop it over a branch, hang it from a beam, or wrap it around your shoe for quick, versatile warm-ups anywhere.
